Just bored

just ignore what others say... if you stop doing what you are shooting for because of what others say... that's lack of motivation right there. You do what you need to do. You are in control.

popped.

More of a motivational issue..

a lot of people overestimate their calories burned...lol so i agree with you. Also, it can really depend on the type of exercise and how rigorous the training was. Moreover, calories burned are just estimates...so I don't really focus on calories burned after exercise...

sorry, but when this happened to me...it wasn't much of an issue... i just pressed forth... weight loss is weight loss... i separate them from other personal issues.

1. carb intake causes glycogen stores to fill up. 2. sodium intake causes water to move from your bloodstream to underneath your skin (bloating) 3. cortisol (due to a stress response, like excessive exercise and low calories) causes you to excrete potassium and retain sodium, which leads to #2. It has other effects on body…

The sausage has sodium about 400g... there are higher sodium in canned tomatoes than regular tomatoes... tomato sauce has sodium.... onion has sodium.... olive oil has sodium... cannellini beans have sodium....even if salt isn't added... paprika has sodium.... fennel seeds have sodium... 1/2 cup broccoli has about 20 mg…

You aren't losing weight if you are eating more.

Barcodes...? You dont plan on hitting up the restaraunts in France? Just dont bother recording when you are travelling. Pick it up after you come back

I have no clue. People who hate food around me are underweight. Yet, you are overweight... You eat way too much for someone who hates food.
-
Everyone around me is fit~
-
....what kind of question is this? 7 days...3kgs.. maybe just eat 1000 calories daily. You might just barely cut it.
-
You are most likely eating more...
-
Numbers wont change...weight loss takes time. Just weigh yourself daily at the same time...preferably the morning when you wake up.
-
Do you estimate your calories in? You should use a food scale (grams) and weigh them exactly... Estimating is no good. Also, depending on how much sodium you consumed, it could just be water being held within the body... I over ate during the weekend...I went up 3 kgs... but I was in my maintenance calories limit. I have a…

Who cares what people drink? Not everyone has same taste buds. Diet or not, I like both. I prefer neither though.
-
In the end it is motivation. If you really want to lose weight, you wouldnt be tempted every time. You would know when to stop and control. You need to understand that eating at a calorie deficit will always be not as satisfying... Its your call.
-
Dont weigh until 2 weeks later...
-
Mostly water weight..
-
uh... you have to drink a TON of it to actually make it work.... drinking one cup ain't going to do jack
-
Yes.
-
Truth is...when you are trying to lose weight... Calories in and Calories out... You need to eat at a deficit... which means less calories than maintaining weight... which leads to cravings... I have it...others have it...you have it.... everyone does... You have to be in control and overcome those weaknesses. Results are…

Really? Oops i fixed it. Its something I am pursuing!

I would go for 45% carbs, 45% protein, 10% fat from the calories set for you. You dont need to do this, but thats what i would do...
-
Drinking more water wont remove the sodium from the body...it doesnt work like that. You just need to be more careful afterwards. Balance sodium with high potassium foods.
-
Depends on what you are losing... You wont lose 13 kg in fat... It will probably be a mix of muscle, fat, and water weights when you get to the 13kg loss. Its easy to get there. Start logging everything you eat and consume at a deficit. Dont estimate...digital scale in grams. Good luck!

Not accurate, but accurate enough. I use the INBODY machines. They calculate how much fat, bone mass, water, and muscle the user has.

The belly usually is the last place for it disappear. Since spot reducing isnt possible...you should do a lot of belly workouts to speed up the process a bit. Get the belly toned!!

You are in control. Dont blame your eating habits on others.
