Some people can lose up to 20 lbs a month. Very bad for the health though. It's possible, but I don't recommend it.

actually it doesn't really matter what time you eat... in order to lose weight, you need to make a calorie deficit for the day. however, I like to eat before 7 so my body can digest the food while I am still awake. I prefer going to bed 4 hours after I am done eating.

Id say you should measure your foods more accurately...some of the foods you are consuming might be a bit higher in calories.

Why are you not eating protein? There are healthy fats as well. You need to exercisr more and consume a bit more.

It is unhealthy and very pointless. Once you get back to your regular routine you will just gain all the weight back. So might as well eat and exercise to live a proper and healthier life.

There are tons of people who overestimate calories burned when they log...i have seen people log as much as 2500 calories burned in 90 minutes of exercise...@_@ Then they ask why am I not getting results....hmm

Go for 1500 to 1600 by exercising for an hour...perhaps you can take in a bit more.

What are you eating? Maybe its just food weight. Also, if you plan on weighing yourself...weigh at the same time everyday in the morning. Try to eat at the sametime everyday as well. Can I see your diary?

Sometimes...it can take up to two weeks before the water retention leaves. I had a day I ate so much sodium...my weight went up by 4 kgs. It wasnt until about two weeks later before I started to lose 1 kg a day.
