My goal is to lose about 30 pounds. I started at 185, and currently at 148. My goal is 110 (5'7 female)

When it's off season, I do 30 minutes of swimming laps everyday, along with an hour at the gym lifting weights and walking on the treadmill. During season, I'm in the water 3-6 hours 5 days a week.

Depends on the person and how far you've gotten into your weight loss/gain. Typically, 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy range.

I started the 30 day shred yesterday! I too am leaving for vacation in about a month and have never worn a bikini either. I'm looking to lose about the same amount of weight within this month (I'm trying, I'm not expecting).

Perhaps you should tell your trainer about your eating disorder if you already haven't. To deal with these remarks, I suggest just remembering your struggle of the eating disorder and use those memories to fuel…

I'm losing weight because I've been overweight for the majority of my life and I'm sick of being the "larger" girl. I also want to feel comfortable in what I wear, and to possibly buy my first bikini once I hit my goal weight!

I'm starting the 30 Day Shred on Monday too! Keep me posted, I'd love to know your feedback on it.
