I logged about 4 hours/twelve miles pushing a stroller with a twenty-five pound kid in it and worked on the farm.0

I worked HARD out in the yard today....but didn't count it.
Just got back from a walk around the block0 -
Two 30 min walks, 30 min treadmill with 2lb. arm weighted exercises, 20 min. cycling.0

Walked for 100 minutes at 3 mph, 9- 15% incline.0

Today's a rest day, but I'll probably still walk 4 miles or so.
Going to a concert tonight so there might be some 12 oz. curls.0 -
I took a 50 minute HIIT class at 5:30 AM this morning.0

Trying to get my groove back after a grueling semester. Started the day off with walking 1 mile...in 27 minutes...2308 steps, and burned 164.9 calories. This is just the beginning of a great summer! Time to Kick Butt!

Yesterday: 7.25km rowing. Hectic lifting scramble because I spent too much time rowing. I got in at least squats, lats, and shoulder work. Not really proud of myself.
Today: 9.6km rowing. The extra .1 was because I am insane. I was exhausted, had no time left, but with every thread of my being, I did not want to stop.0 -

hour long zumba class.
been over a month since i was able to make it. my legs are telling me they used different moves today than they normally do at the gym LOLOL

I did about 2.5 hours of easy to moderate cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, and arc trainer.0

When it's off season, I do 30 minutes of swimming laps everyday, along with an hour at the gym lifting weights and walking on the treadmill.
During season, I'm in the water 3-6 hours 5 days a week.0 -
