    Should be a gym day but instead it was a 70 minute walk @ 4.0 mph & full contact golf later on today. :glasses:

    Today I walked for 30 minutes at 3.5 mph. Yesterday did a BowFlex 45 minute work out 11 exercises, 50 reps each. I alternate cardio days and strength. Weekends just walk or bike. Lost 40 lbs Since January.:smile:

    C25K today (Week 2 Day 1)... I must admit I really really really didn't want to go but I made myself do it and I am thankful that I did!! :)

    This is my 2nd time doing the program.. but 1st time since having my daughter 3 1/2 months ago.. since it's so hot here during the day I run on the treadmill at a 1.0% incline.

    Intervals on the t-mill - 5 X 1:30 @ 7.5mph. 23 min total 2.5miles.

    No bike ride today - probably a good thing as yesterday was leg day and my quads and glutes are reminding me.

    I do cardio every time I go to the gym. Today was 35 minutes on the treadmill at a 3% incline at 3.5 MPH followed by 35 minutes on an elliptical trainer. Then on to weights, today being upper body. I alternate upper and lower body days when I weight train.

    I ran intervals on the treadmill, rowed 2 miles briskly on the rower and did leg presses, extensions and curls.
