I am probably going to continue fasting this week. Nice fatty breakfast and then nothing til dinner (except a chicken broth if I get foggy). Felt great doing it last week, and was definitely bummed not to manage it over the weekend. A straight multi-day fat fast is probably not the best way to survive Disney World, but…

Is this because you refuse to share the fat with your family?

Meat, meat, and more meat!

What a great change! I'd definitely want to hang those framed photos next to each other with the year printed beneath! :D

Cream of coconut is a nasty sugar chemical concoction, but to use real full fat unfiltered coconut milk...mmm I gotta get a can of that and give this a try! I'll probably use a mix of stevia and xylitol in place of the coconut sugar.

Beyond logging your food in MFP, do you keep an 'environment' journal? Make notes about everything you observe (and learn to look for EVERYTHING) so you can recognize patterns. Maybe you hurt more on days where the humidity is higher? Maybe you come into contact with allergens because the day before you felt AWESOME so you…

Please share if you figure this out! Coquito is amazing!

LOL I haven't let higher weight stop me from getting tattooed. But my husband does plan to get his stomach tattooed when he gets to his goal. Partially to stop himself from gaining any back. ;)

I had allowed myself whatever dairy lately, even putting it back in one or two coffees a day. My stomach has been making all sorts of noises, so I'm cutting it back down to avoid whatever I can again. I'll probably have the last of the egg nog with my husband tonight, so today it's dairy free other than that. And a work…

Ooh, actually I think I'll schedule myself a stitchfix when I get to that point. That's fun, mail anticipation, AND nice new clothing.

That's awesome!! I can't wait to hear how statins are off the table come March!

I love to include ingredient cards, but I hate the looks I get when I provide cards so other people can do the same. :/

Viva la skinny jean! Now that I can wear them, I'm annoyed to see the fashion industry heading back to straight and wide legs...

We made the Ruled.me recipe and it was AWESOME but you do need to let it sit at least 24 hours before it tastes "right"

I mark it as Low Carb Sugar Free Gluten Free. Then everyone avoids it thinking it'll taste like cardboard and I actually get to eat some. :P

Yes everytime I hit a half-goal it bounces back up before finally settling down again. It's like Space Mountain!

Juustoleipa is delightful, and has lots of yummy fat. I'd warn you about trying too many faux recipes because of 'cravings'. Cravings are emotional, and getting past the emotional desire for types of food is really a big key to success in this WOE. Having said that, the fathead pizza crust can be turned into a nice flat…
