That you might start to feel smaller than you are. I've been struggling lately with still wanting to lose weight but not having the motivation I used to. I've lost over 70 lbs and now with about 30 left to lose I can't seem to get that motivation that I had...

Ran 3 miles on the treadmill today in under 30 minutes! I've been working on my speed and endurance and it's finally paying off!
-
Went for a 2 mile run this morning even though it was rainy and I really didn't want to go! Feeling great now though

Been struggling with the scale the last month, but my NSV is that I'm still getting rid of old clothes that are too big!
-
This has been my struggle lately! Still counting calories but it's driving me crazy I can't seem to limit myself. But this week is a new week!

Ran 3.2 miles yesterday and was much faster and less out of breath than my friend that came with me. I'm so uses to always being the slowest it was a great feeling! And now she wants to go with me more often :)
-
Had to videotape myself teaching today and watched it all without cringing too much! I actually looked like what I thought I would look like, or better, not the person I was 70 lbs ago.. Big improvement :)

I'm 23 and have lost just over 70 lbs in the last year and a half! Trying to lose another 20 by the end of summer. A little advice: I would focus more on food habits than exercise, even though it helps, changes in food will help more! Feel free to add me :)

Started with just over 100 to lose, down to about 30 more to go! Feel free to add me

That's awesome! I'm 23 and started at 271, down to 198 right now, feel free to add me!

5'9" and 198 and in a 10/12 usually, depends on the brand and how much stretch is in the pants too. I tend to carry weight in my stomach and my butt and legs are smaller. Also been doing a lot of fitness so I think that's been helping me move down in sizes

Had to take a few days off because of phone issues and just wanting to take a few days off from logging. Weight went up a little but I'm now back to the same weight as a week ago. And yesterday I bought a new swimsuit and it's a bikini! Can't wait to try it out!

Been participating in a dietbet the last 6 months and hit my goal plus another 1.4 lbs today! Down a total of 72 lbs over the last 14 months

PNW as well! Feel free to add me!

Just almost went to the store solely to buy vegetables to have for dinner, and actually laughed when I realized that not having a bunch of veggies one night is not a big deal (especially because the main dish is stuffed peppers!). But it's something that definitely wouldn't have crossed my mind a year or two ago. The main…

So I'm not finished yet, but I think 70lbs merits a picture! I started at 271 (I think my before is around 260 though) and currently at 199. My ultimate goal is 168 because it's a normal BMI but who knows where I'll end up! Height: 5'9" SW: 271 CW: 199 GW: 168

Had a pretty awful food day yesterday, came in around 3000 calories when my goal is between 1400 and 1600 lol but my NSV is that instead of letting one day dictate my weekend or even my week/month, I got up this morning and started logging for today with plans to hit the gym this afternoon!

I need a new belt!
-
Here is mine, down from 271 to 199 as of today! Still losing another 30+ pounds hopefully!
-
This is totally an SV but I was under 200 lbs today!!! For the first time in at least 6 years.. But my NSV is that I've kept this up for over a year and over 70 lbs and I'm determined to hit my goal weight this year!
-
Very excited to say that this morning the number on my scale was 199.5! Made it to Onederland after over a year and 70+ pounds down! Keep up the good work everyone :)
-
Someone in my masters program noticed my weight loss and was very impressed and said I was inspiring!
-
To get out of the 200s! I'm at 200.8 (lowest 200.6) so I'm super close but it seems to be taking forever.. Also, a fitness goal is doing an unassisted pull up but I'm not sure how "short term" that is lol

Low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal with 1 tbsp of peanut butter mixed in

5'9 and gone from 271 to 201 in the last year or so, feel free to add me!
-
Thinking I shrunk my new sweater in the dryer and realizing that that's just the size I wear now lol
-
Learning to own my weight loss, and openly talk about it in my new relationship and with family. It gets hard to brush off after 70 lbs lol but I think being able to talk about it will help me keep going and keep it off
-
SW 271.4 CW 201.1 Finally surpassed 70 lbs lost, time to get under 200 now!
-
Definitely a difference! Congrats!!

I'm 23 and started out last November at 271, and am now down to 201 (so close to be being under 200!!!) my goal is to get to 168, which is "normal" BMI for my height. I've done most of it through MFP, calorie counting and adding exercise into almost every day. Feel free to add me!
