I'm having kind of an off few weeks with school restarting and crazy scheduling, but my NSV is that I still feel like I can go back to losing weight and that I will, Im not just frustrated and ready to stop completely and gain weight back like I have in the past

Bought a size medium top yesterday!

Went shopping the other night with a couple friends and for the first time in ages, didn't feel self conscious about my size (and knew the store actually had my size!) since I'm out of plus sizes now

I agree with most of thses, and just want to emphasize patience, it's easy to want to lose 2 lbs every week, but sometimes it just with happen but you might lose .2 and that's still moving in the right direction! Don't get discouraged!

I've been buying new clothes, bras, etc. Lately and I keep picking up a size and looking at it like "oh it's too small, but I guess I'll try it" and having it fit! It feels so nice after always having to buy bigger than I thought/hoped I was.. Gonna be a while before my actual size and what I think i am match up, I think.

Went shopping today and nothing I bought was plus sized! Even took pictures in a couple outfits and could see how much smaller I look :)

SW (11/2015) 271.4 GW 199 UGW 169 CW 215.5 Been staying with my parents down in CA, so using a different scale, but if it is accurate, I'm currently at 215.5! Pounds to go 16.5, getting closer!

Bought a size medium shirt today! (at old navy but it still counts lol) Downside is I feel like I never know my size anymore, in clothes or just in general which feels a little strange!

I generally do at least half an hour of whatever I'm doing, and I like to switch it up a lot. Sometimes I swim, sometimes run or bike, and/or weight lifting. When I was losing the most I got in an hour of high intensity cardio/circuit training at least once a week

5'9" and my goal is 168 right now, but only because it's the top of the "normal" category for bmi. I've been above that since high school so I'm not sure how much more than that I'll want to lose, I'm thinking 140-150 will be my ultimate goal.

Over the weekend, I did a stand up paddleboard yoga class! It was so much fun and even though I'm only about halfway to my goal weight, I know it would have been much harder 50 pounds ago, or I just never would have done it. I love finding new ways to work out!

I usually hit around 1600-1800 calories during the day. I also walk almost everywhere and work out 3-5 times a week (weights and running usually)
