Since the scale seems to be staying put, instead of getting discouraged I'll post here! My clothes are still getting looser ever though I'm not currently "losing," so still making some progress!

Nice! You're getting so close!!

After about 6 months of losing weight, this month I've lost the least amount of weight and I was getting a little doscouraged. Did my monthly measurements though and found that I'm still losing inches even if my weight didn't go down much!

I moved to Oregon from California as well, and I don't necessarily have depression but I struggle with mood swings/anxiety. Exercising helps me sometimes, other times it doesnt, or like you said, can make it worse. If I can get into more of a routine working out and regularly, it seems to help a lot more overall, not just…

Just got back from a trip and was really worried about weighing in, even though I logged and tried to make at least somewhat healthy choices during the trip. Came in at just about the same weight as when I left! Sort of a scale victory, but the real success was logging and making better choices

That your feet can be fat. I know people talking about losing show sizes but I've noticed wearing sandals lately that since I've been losing I can see a lot more bones/veins/etc in my feet and ankles and it's so weird!
-
Congrats on your loss so far! That's awesome, you can do it!!

Congrats on your loss! I'm also down about 43 pounds and I totally get it! I can see progress in pictures but I still feel the same, and since I've still got almost 60 pounds to go I still feel fat. Just takes patience I guess lol

Before if I had trouble sticking to my calories for a small amount of time (ie getting sick, travelling, etc) I would get totally unfocused and gain weight back and have to start over later. This time I'm going strong, just letting my new habits take over again without letting a few days throw me off!

Thanks everyone! I'm starting grad school in a few weeks so I've gotta keep up my momentum, and all the encouragement definitely helps! :D

Took some progress pictures this morning and I'm finally starting to feel happy with how my body looks!

I'm almost 40 pounds down, with about 60+ left to lose and I already feel like I don't really know what my body looks like. I still think of myself as 40 pounds heavier even though I know I'm wearing different clothes and feel different. Its very odd!

Did my first triathlon today. It was a short one, only just over 10 miles total, but I completed it and wasn't even last!
-
Looking great! And so happy!! Congrats :)

Went shopping today and was able focus more on what I actually liked versus just getting what fit. Feels good!

Saw my reflection in a window while walking around campus today and felt like I could actually see progress!! Feels good :)

Nice! Making progress! I used to swim too and it's so hard knowing what I used to be capable of, but getting there slowly :)
