Someone at work asked me if I'd been losing weight! It was a little awkward but at just under 30 lbs down I was happy that someone noticed :)

Ran 3 miles today! Normally I stop at just over 2. And did my fastest pace! (Still slow but an improvement!)

Went on a date tonight and was kind of worried about eating/what to eat to be healthy but not picky and all that. Ended up only eating half, which I basically never do, and was so full! Huge improvement for me!

I'm 5'9 started at 271, currently 243, so almost 30 down and people have just started noticing, and I can feel it on myself a lot more since I've been doing weights as well so I feel much more toned!

Went running yesterday at a faster pace than I'm used to and wasn't even very tired after 2 miles! Felt pretty good!

I'm only down around 25 lbs and I feel like I already get a lot more attention. I feel a lot more confident though too, and I think that's a big part of it!

I'm about 25 lbs down and only a close friend and my parents have mentioned it. I did have a lot of people telling me I looked good or would comment on my hair or something else, which I take as them noticing but not being sure/wanting to mention my weight. I feel like since I've lost weight that I'm smaller than I am. And I know I'm still considered obese but it makes it hard to lose more weight when you feel like you've already lost a lot!

I've just been through this and the first week was difficult but I started using exercise to cope and burn off extra energy/feelings, and I think my ex was a big part of why I was overeating (we were bad about encouraging each other to eat bad food lol) so it was actually easier to make better choices.

Had to buy a new belt today since I'm on the last hole of my old one! Also bought a pair of jeans and I'm now in 14s, instead of 16s and 18s!
