Put on a shirt I've been wearing the last few months and decided it was finally too big to wear! Downside is I think I'm really inbetween plus/average sizes now which is frustrating

The hair band I wear around my wrist has started to creep down my arm lol and it seems like I put on/adjust my clothes differently, like I don't have to work as hard!

I've been noticing lately that when I do eat too much, I realize that I'm full and actually stop eating much sooner than I used to. Seems like it should be natural but I'd been overeating for so long, my body just got used to it =/

Like a lot of people said, I go in the evening when my day is done, I've tried to do the morning exercise thing but I just value my sleep too much and won't get up if I don't Have to. If you can try different times of day to see which you like the best (or require the least amount of willpower) that might help!

I struggle with this a lot too when I visit home. I'm in my fifth year in college and I do fine here but when I go home I eat way too much, and I used to overeat when I liced at home too so I think some of it is habit/emotional, but I totally get how frustrating it is!

If you can plan even a day ahead that can help a lot too, then you don't have to think about it!

I dont know about time frame, but you could probably go pretty far in 5 months if you stick with it! I'm 22, about 5'9" and 258 currently and wear a 16 at Torrid (not sure if that's equivalent to other stores), it really depends on body composition and if you can build muscle you might not lose as much but you'll get…

This may not seem like a big deal, but I went out to lunch with friends today, and instead of finishing everything like usual, I stopped when I was full and left part of my sandwich. Usually I'd just finish it off and be really full. Also down a belt notch from beginning of January!

That I CAN actually lose weight, and have been doing really well, and if I really want to I can keep it up for the rest of the weight I want to lose!
