Oats cooked in water then topped with milk blueberries & Linwoods flaxseed!

Just increase the volume of what you're eating now. Nuts oats bananas milk salmon eggs ect keep it clean to get lean weight

Porridge made with semi skim milk and topped with a banana, raisins & sunflower & pumpkin seeds

Im 23 weigh 7 and a half stone, my height is 5 ft 4 and I'm female

As in foods that arnt processed, like bars, ready meals and so on.. I tend to eat as healthy as I can! Which got me losing so much weight in the first place. I drink semi skim milk with my meals as i watch my saturated fat levels.

Im in the same situation, I eat a lot of oats, grains such as quinoa and brown rice, wholemeal bread and potatoes! Oh and nuts, seeds and olive oil are great too! For example at lunch I would make a salad and add quinoa or pasta and chicken or beans and olive oil for the extra boost!
