weight gain meal plan

Hi friends! I need to gain 5-7 pounds and I am looking for sample menus to get me started. Any help would be appreciated!

    Just eat what you like and make sure you have a calorie surplus and you'll be on the right track. If you give me ideas of what kinds of foods you like I could give you some ideas though. Also just look up recipes online. There's plenty of good resources out there for healthy recipes.

    Im in the same situation, I eat a lot of oats, grains such as quinoa and brown rice, wholemeal bread and potatoes! Oh and nuts, seeds and olive oil are great too! For example at lunch I would make a salad and add quinoa or pasta and chicken or beans and olive oil for the extra boost!
