How are you dtermining your calorues burnt? What are you really doing in those 2 hours? I'm also 5'2" and have 10-15 more to lose. It is taking longer but I want it to be forever this time.

always coffee...2 big cups w/stevia. Lately greek yogurt w/granola. Also love spinach and mushroom omelettes, and pro-oatmeal [instant steel oats chia seeds after cooked while sitting heat up 1/8 c unsweet vanilla almond milk and add 1 scoop protein powder], sometimes a bagel but i'm hungry afterwards...

not often enough. i get scared...sometimes if i'm doing great and see a gain i give up. sometimes if i have gone over calories and see a loss...i eat more...lol. banana and pb sounds yummy... how about throwing a little stevia and some vanilla in it? minimal calorie change. i'm bad and I get the greek gods honey...it's heaven. and probably not as good for me but i log it.

i put sedentary and then log my exercise. i typically exercise 5-6 times per week for >1 hour.

tilapia. creole seasoning and lemon pepper. in fry plan w/ lil coconut oil or a spray. yummy. had for lunch.

I like it because it feels like it goes faster...I did 20 minutes today. 1 minute at 4.2 mph pace [brisk walk] and 30 seconds at 8.0 mph [fast for me]. sure you can lose weight and drink diet coke but it doesn't mean it's good for you. we have this debate a lot. do the research on your own and decide for yourself.

yup. bank calories and then LOG what you eat. Face it. Just because you didn't log them, doesn't mean you didn't eat them. Good luck!

the best advice i can give you is to log it. seeing negative 500 calories or whatever is an eye opener. Just because you didn't log it doesn't mean you didn't eat it, you know? Face it and move on. Try it for a week. You might see that you start making better choices or exercise more to make up for some of the calories.…
