i enter my calories manually [create new exercise every day and log what i did and calories]. i use my polar heart rate monitor.

i did a 21 day cleanse. basically no sugar or sugar substitute or processed anything. it really helped get me off the cravings.

i do cook it with water and broth mixed, add drained black beans, roasted red pepper or cherry peppers, sliced up and trader joe's red pepper spread [w/eggplant]. so good!

I work out at least 400 calories a day to eat! :o) And I'm always hungry. Broccoli helps. Big steamed bowl. Also hot herbal tea or lemon water. I'm 5'2" in lose weight mode so I'm 1200 calories. Someone told me that my maintenance calories won't be much more....waaaah! So EXERCISE is key.

is this for walking around the parks? are you staying in hotel or condo? i agree lots of healthy choices. and they have their menus online everywhere. congrats on the weight loss. I love disney. been 4 x and going back next year. check out disboards.com if you haven't already.

I was just trying to help the OP in her quest for a quick grab snack oatmeal cookie that she can binge on and not go to far over her nutritional goals...i like bananas oatmeal and protein powder so it sounds good to me...but i'd throw in peanut butter maybe...yum...

I'm 5'2" also over 40. Currently weigh 150. It's SLOW going. I get 1200 calories . I workout 5 days a week to get more calories! LOL. Log everything. Drink more water. Exercise.

log it all...even if you go over calories for the day....face it and move on....just because you don't record it doesn't mean you didn't eat it. Learn to allow some treats. Exercise more.
