my treadmill has a button that says 'speed interval' and you set your jog and your run speed. It takes about 5 seconds to shift to the right speed. I only do it for 20 minutes when I do it. I love pilates. If I could I would paddleboard. I do enjoy running but have been known to walk also. Some people love zumba [I hate it]. I also enjoy spinning in the winter.

Foam rollers are awesome. Sore after run last night. Feel so much better frim roller. Also baths. If u are lucky and gym has steam room or hot tub.

When i could workout at 530 am I was in best shape of my life. Usually asleep by 11. Great start to your day. How to fall asleep earlier.... No electronics or tv at night. I have various sizes of jeans in my closet. Went on motorcycle ride yesterday [as a passenger; so you know jeans have to fit comfortably to be able to sit like that] and wore a pair I couldn't wear for the past year. Not my smallest size jeans but heading in the right direction.

you will probably lose weight and as soon as you go off this diet you will definitely gain it back and maybe some extra weight.

i make my own exercise under cardio for whatever exercise I did and log my polar hr monitor calories.

I exercise so I can eat more. Log everything. Choose foods that are more filling. 1200 is probably too low. My diary is open if you want to read what I eat. Check out other people's diaries.
