I went out recently and had a couple of blue moons. love them. but eek! 200 calories each...next time I went out I had a corona light. lol. only 99 calories in that bad boy.

steel cut oaks; chia seeds. i'm lazy so i buy the quick cook kind. use water. then i heat a separate small amount [like 1/8 c] of unsweetened vanilla almond milk for 30 seconds. Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and mix into the oatmeal. I call it PROATMEAL.

every day I create a new exercise under cardio. Even if it's weights. I write what I did how long and how many calories I burned [using my Polar FT60].

you're probably over estimating your calories burned in your workouts. That's my best guess. So either put in half the calories you think you burned or just don't eat back the exercise calories. See if that makes a difference. Also, measure. Sometimes when we don't lose weight we still lose inches which is a plus!…

i have read drink half your body weight in water ounces. So if you weigh 150 drink 75 oz water. I drink 64-100 oz per day [weigh 150] and do the urine test above.

don't ditch the scale. i tried that and gained weight. accountability. try once a week? pick a day and a time and weigh the same every week. some people like to weigh daily. when i'm at a happy weight i weigh more often. it's fun to see the happy numbers. ;o)

unless you put sweeteners or milk in your tea, should be zero calories. but you might be eating more than you think if you are not logging everything with calories.

congrats on your baby. Give yourself some time to settle in before going crazy on the diet. Snacking is hard especially with little ones who eat all day long. Enjoy the kidlets.
