@paige122012 dont feel horrid, or disgusted. If you want to make a change, you have all the tools and will when you are ready. I have attached my before and after and cant really see a huge difference myself,(side on is more noticeable)

Yes, every time. Exercise makes me hungry and eat more. MFP auto filled macros without exercise I managed 30kg 2016. Exercise makes you look good and feel good but doesnt help with weight loss, in my experience.

If I could share anything with someone starting on the weight loss journey for the 1st, 5th or like me 100th time it would be to start with your goals set at maintenance calories for a week.
