I am weighing myself every other friday. I feel anxious to do it more frequently but u see bigger results the more time u wait so irs worth it

Drink lots of water (half ur weight in ounces), try activa yogurt 2servings a day for two weeks, up your fiber intake (try fiber gummys or fiber one products), and if all else fails they make womens laxatives that r gentle and soften u up over night.

I took adipex.... i loved the energy, i lost 25lbs in 5 weeks, i was never hungry. But then i got cut off bcuz i lost so much weight. I couldn't stay awake and i was constantly starving. I started craving things like big macs, whoppers, things ive never even liked or eaten. Needless to say the pounds came faster than they…

I have chronic neck pain. Fish Oil has helped me quite a bit.

Eat before u go. Load up on water and protien to stay full. Licorice, fruit snacks, trail mix, and popcorn r ok in moderation

When i have a sweet tooth i turn to healthy options. I like frozen strawberry fruit bars (kroger brand), vanilla coke zero is so good, parfeit from mcdonalds, yogurt, fiber one brownies, etc. I've found the feeling deprived is detrimental to weight loss so i substitute instead
