I really want to purchase a fitness tracker, I've been googling reviews and they are just not consistent. I dont want to spend more than about $130. Has anyone had a positive or negative experience with any particular brands?
Im 28. I weigh 160lbs. Would like to be 135-140lbs. Im on birth control and its not helping. Need ppl to talk to about what's working, whats not, anf whats affordable.
I have info on free fitness classes and no one to go with. Looking for women in Northern KY or Cincinnati.
Ive been a horrible yoyo dieter from 18 to 28. When im on my kicks i read fitness, self, & woman's health. I feel like none of that stuff speaks to the average person. This community has offered me better, more realistic advice that actually applys to me and not the already fit. Please add me so I can hear more from u guys!
I am 28. 5'7. 160. I have a pretty flat stomach, i like my big butt, everything else is proportional except thighs. They dont match! I'm trying to learn to eat better... its just expensive. I want to work my thighs out without losing my butt. My man said losing the booty is a deal breaker! Overall I just want to feel good…
