Ive been a horrible yoyo dieter from 18 to 28. When im on my kicks i read fitness, self, & woman's health. I feel like none of that stuff speaks to the average person. This community has offered me better, more realistic advice that actually applys to me and not the already fit. Please add me so I can hear more from u guys!

The thing to remember about magazines: while they claim to care about the reader, their priority is not to help you but to get you to buy the magazine. Unfortunately, people are more attracted to fad diets and quick fixes that don't really work, but the sell, so they keep publishing them. They would not make as much money if they said hey, eat less and move more people!0
