I do leslie sansone dvds and after walking im sore too my DH started with the C25k a few years ago and i always wanted to do it but am afraid of failure, Id LOVE to start this with a group of you and keep at it. My neighborhood is really hilly so im hoping i can get to an area thats flat to start with..

I make a chocolate protein shake with almond milk and freeze it. Its about 100/120 calories but takes me about an hour to eat and is so delicious

Mon 4 fast miles managed to do 4 mile walk and walk strong yesterday which equals 6 miles :) today I did the walk and kick and the walk and jog total of 4.5 miles Weds cardio max 30 min WATP muscle mile one &WATP 30 min walk

I enjoy frozen banana ice cream but my go to is basically a frozen large 8ounce protein shake for alittle over 100 calories. It gives me tons of extra protein. Takes forever to eat and I dont grt the sugar high extra cravings that I do after eating a small bowl of ice cream

I love her dvds. They are mostly low impact a few have jogging in them. you need a very small space

I love leslie! I do the 4 mile one and love it! When I enter cardio with weights into MfP I put it in manually form calories burned if thats what your asking?

I didnt weigh last week because it was my tom I got on the scale the other day and saw no loss. Kind of upsetting since I've been working hard. Although I've been eating alot of sugar this week. Sadly im a slave to the scale. I hadn't weighed in two weeks. Today I felt thinner got on tje scale and it hasnt moved :( I worked pretty hard to see nothing . I ended up sabotaging myself with food today for the first time in my MfP journey. Tomorrow is a new day and I will stick with this! Congrats on the looser pants…

I just want to say to the op. That what u r doing is great. Many people myself included have a hard time once they have a bad day of eating continuing on the next day. Coming here and still logging is awesome and u should pat yourself on the back dont worry about one bad day. Keep up the great job

Yes! I make egg cupcakes. Low fat cheese sprinkled in with eggs and some spinach then I freeze them in a large ziplock bag and pull them out as needed They defrost very quickly and are packed with protein
