WOW! Definitely inspiring....seems like I can burn as many calories as I want just as long as I'm eating back some.

Great, thanks for your input!

Have you ever tracked your calories? About how many are you burning per day? I'm trying to aim to be more of a distance runner, I actually enjoy running.

I'm losing at a healthy rate. An average of 2 lbs per week. I eat back some of my calories. I tend to underestimate the number I enter into MFP....if a machine says I burned 525, I will put 500 in MPF and then maybe only eat 100 calories back. I feel fine. When I work out more, I'm hungrier so I'll eat a little more.

Great input and definitely helpful! If someone is 125 lbs, it would obviously take them longer to burn 500 calories than it would for someone heavier. That's common sense. Thanks again!

I run on an incline as well so that helps. Thanks.

I don't trust the MFP calorie suggestion, because they're always over estimating. I manually enter my calories burned.

Very helpful, thank you!

I track my calories burned by the exercise machine....for example, I would enter my weight and at the end, if the treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, ARC machine says I burned 525 calories....I would only enter 500 calories burned into MFP. I don't hand on to the sidings on the treadmill, I mostly run or walk on an…

I only bring one to work with me....so I won't over do it. I've had one in a black can before that was zero calories, sugars, etc but it didn't taste so great lol

Yeah, they can get expensive! I try to buy them in bigger quantities... they're cheaper that way

Never tried Rockstar before...seems worth a try I guess!

Awesome Angela! The hardest thing to do is START and you've already accomplished that. My start weight was 273, I got down to 190 and then gained 40 lbs back. It's a process and lifestyle change! Feel free to add me on here or message me if you need help or motivation. We can do this! :)

I'm on here everyday! Feel free to add me! :)

Hey there! I'm looking for ideas on meal planning as well. I work an office job Monday-Friday, most of the time I'm eating leftovers from the night before.. boring I know lol
-
Right, this is for us and not anybody else!! Self love can only come from self. I love me, but I know I can use some improvement with my weight....and because I love me, I will accomplish that goal!!
-
Great, thank you!! same here!

How tall are you?
-
Yes, getting it off and maintaining is my goal too!

It's great that you're motivated ! You will lose those 15 lbs in no time!!

Thank you! I wish you the best of luck as well! :)

Great goal! I'm the same boat as you when it comes to how much I want to lose!
-
I need to lose at least 60 lbs, we got this!!

I know exactly what you mean! I a full time mother, full time employee, and I'm involved at my church. I stay pretty busy lol but I make time for exercise...I rarely have a day off from working out just because I enjoy it and that's my "ME" time. Stay focused, we'll get where we want to be!! :)
