That's awesome, my initial starting weight was 273 lbs... does your family and friends ever say "you're too small!" or "you don't need to be losing anymore weight!" ....I heard that at 190 lbs lol I put 40 back on before I started losing again

Great advice! I'm new at running on the treadmill and sometimes it gets boring running on the same incline, so I manually change it every couple of minutes. I set my treadmill to manual, but was looking for more options. This is helpful! :)

Gosh ladies, I'm at 230 lbs right now and looking to lose 60 lbs...I would only be at 170 lbs lol looking at all your post, it seems like I need to set a bigger goal. What is a healthy weight for us 5'7 gals with a small frame?

Luckily I don't eat peanut butter! I have been measuring items with my tablespoon or teaspoon, but I excited to know I'll be getting a more accurate count fairly soon!

Lol I know! That's why when I go to enter an apple, I look for the medium sized apple with the most calories just in case. Thank you, I will check out Wal-mart. I'm sure I'll find some surprises as well.

Yes, my initial goal is to lose about 50-60 lbs this time around, already lost 9 lbs.... (I've lost 80 lbs before, but put 30 lbs back on this past year, so I'm focused again)

MFP gave me 1300 calories to eat per day when I entered that my goal was to lose 2 lb per week. I lowered is to 1250 because I don't own a food scale and I didn't want to over do my calories. Normally, when I work out twice a day, the treadmill or elliptical can total up to about 900 calories burned, I would then enter 800…

What types of food should I be eating? I eat foods with lots of protein such as a whey protein smoothie for breakfast, chicken, tuna, ground turkey, pork here and there, boiled eggs. I eat brown rice, fruits, veggies, yogurt sometimes, cheese sometimes...I try to limit breads, but I normally eat the whole wheat thin…

I enter my weight on the treadmill and ARC machines....it gives me a total of calories burned after every workout so I enter that number into MFP. MFP kind of overestimate the calories burned compared to the machines.

It's kind of hard for me to eat the calories back....I drink water all day, so I'm full most of the time. I'll try to eat back a little and see what happens. Thanks.

I'm a different BC and I haven't have a "ToM" since September, but my Dr says that should change real soon. Normally, my ToM would occur around the last week of the month, so maybe I'm still having the symptoms.

Honestly, I'm drinking about 96 ozs a day! That's really the only thing I drink besides Almond Milk in my smoothies and coffee once in awhile.
