I highly recommend Quest Bars. Abosolutely delicious! 1 or less grams of sugar and a good source of protein! Try to just buy a couple individuals ones first... If you can control yourself then by the box... Otherwise you'll be like me and murder a whole box in a day... Yea that's how good they are. Lol

Ground turkey tacos are one of my favorites! I use 99% lean ground turkey, instead of a tortilla I use lettuce. Fat free plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream, add guacamole, homemade also and enjoy!

Seems like you're doing good! Possibly raise the weekday calories to 1400-1500 a day?.... I'm sure no one minds eating a little more

Try mixing some non fat plain Greek yogurt with some almond milk and protein powder. Mix it all up and throw it in the freezer. Ice cream

I saw somewhere that MusclePharm has or is coming out with an energy drink but I haven't yet looked into it so I don't have much info about that. But I sometimes use Optimum Nutrition's Amino Energy mixed with some water during the day and it works pretty good for me, and it tastes great!

I'm on a cut meal plan right now and I do 1 scoop (33g) for breakfast meal and 1 scoop (33g) post workout with my dinner meal.

I actually eat bread everyday for my 'Meal 2'. 1 slice of organic Trader Joe's whole grain bread with a scoop of Natty PB. Fits perfectly with my macros. #DontFearBread
