Hi everyone! First of all sorry for my english, i am french. I'm a 26 years old women, 5 ft3 and 150 pounds. Since september I lost 15-16 pounds (i was at 166 pounds) working out 5 days a week and eating very clean in the week looser the weekend. All week long i eat about 1200 calories a day and lose about 600 calories a day with exercise. I don't eat exercise calories back. My week end are really hard, i eat about 2500 calories on weekends days and i dont workout. The first months it worked well but now that i only have 10 pounds left to lose i'm on a plateau... Should i eat a little more on week days. I dont really want to change my weekend habits... Thank you to help me!

Seems like you're doing good! Possibly raise the weekday calories to 1400-1500 a day?.... I'm sure no one minds eating a little more0

If you're not losing now - then eating more will not make you lose more. You are probably eating more than you think now, as you don't mention using a food scale. And on the weekends is it really 2500 or could it be more?
Its ok to eat more on some days, but if you are not losing weight then you may need to be more precise in your logging. Weigh your food, log everything honestly & accurately. And perhaps only eat high on one weekend day, instead of 2? You could be wiping out your weekday deficit.0 -
I'd agree that you may need to reduce your weekday calories if you aren't losing, particularly if you don't want to decrease your weekend calories. Stricter weighing, measuring and logging during the week should help, but it also depends on how much you are actually eating on the weekends. Do you log your weekend food? If you don't want to or don't have time to workout on the weekends that's ok, but I'd track your food intake just so that you can average it out over the week.
Plus, with only 10lbs. left to lose accuracy is very important.0
