I need low calorie filling snack ideas, I'm on a 1200 calorie diet. I feel hungry all the time!!! Help!

Eat more fat, protein and fiber rich veggies and whole grains. Fat helps you to feel satiated.
or maybe increase your calorie intake by a 100 and see if that helps.0 -
If you're just starting, you may want to redo your goals on MFP. Set it to 1 lb per week, or even 0.5 lbs. Give yourself a couple weeks to adjust. Then try 1.5 lbs or 2 lbs again. Going from maintenance or even a slow gain trend to 1200 immediately will be a pretty tough adjustment. (And 1200 may never be right for you anyway.)
But otherwise. Try to get protein and fat with every meal and snack. At least for me, if a meal or snack is mostly carbs (cereal, sandwiches, granola bar, etc) then it's going to leave me really hungry.0 -
