Thanks you. Yeah, its hard to find a non acidic salad dressing. I think i may stick to a hummus type of dressing. Just a tablespoon in a salad.

Its not always that simple i dont think. Everybody is different and people hit plateaus. I always eat btw 1200 to 1500 a day- and 90% of that is unprocessed. I exercise ALOT! Also- when 5:2 came out I watched the show and read the book- i even put my parents on it lol. I know all about the diet. But, only thing i never read about or saw is when its bad to do if you eat low cal already, but not 500cs, but along 1,100 to 1300 cals Also my body fat is 24.8% and my BMI is 20.7.

I know of Fitness Blender- Its just I like , a set program. I like some of their HIIT workouts And, Ive seen their Strength Videos which are good. Yeah, I've been researching so much. I think in looking at my whole system. I eat healthy and exercise, but there hasn't been any "TONAGE" haha if thats a word. I lose weight in my stomach fast but i guess Pilates is good for all over too. So, I shall try that for March:)

Yeah, its just i use 3,5,and 8 pound weights.When i use weights. I'm not overweight, and I'm short.I just dont get why it would take such heavy weights to tighten and make me lean all over.
