5'3" and down 14 lbs. it has been an on and off again journey. But I lost 4 lbs just this week by staying on track, being true to my calorie goals, and keep it moving every day. I want to lose 40 more lbs. long road ahead and definitely want more like minded friends.

Yeah sometimes Facebook distracts me from my goals and takes up my time. I would rather chat with people that are like minded in setting goals and inspiring one another.
