Endomorph- The struggle is real

So I would like to thank my ancestors for passing down my awesome endomorph genetics. Although I appreciate that the ability to store fat kept you alive during those hard winters here in 2019 it is really difficult for me to lose this extra fat. 😂 Back on the wagon to my Getting healthy journey. Wish me luck. Any other endomorphs have fat burning 🥵 tips other than cutting carbs and cardio?

Somatotypes have been debunked.
Read through this thread. It's awesome.

You aren't an endomorph - just a human being like the rest of us.
My tip is the same for all xxxxmorphs, eat at a sensible and sustainable calorie deficit and you will lose weight.
BTW - cardio is for fitness, health and enjoyment, this site isn't designed for you to boost your rate of weight loss through exercise. You also don't need to cut carbs, just calories - if cutting carbs is easy for you to do to reduce your calories then that's a good choice but the opposite is also true.3 -
No Endomorphs around because it's not a real thing!
You don't need to cut carbs or do cardio to burn fat, just eat less than you burn. The only way you store fat is by eating at maintenance or above.
Tips:- Enter your details into MFP
- Choose a sustainable rate of loss
- Log honestly and accurately all food and drink
- Log exercise conservatively and eat back at least some of those calories
- Be patient and remember it didn't go on overnight and weight loss isn't linear
