Well I way 328lbs. I really really want to be 299lbs come April 9. I started eating better today (meaning I was 164 calories over my goal) and tomorrow morning I start back at the gym. 60 minutes cardio 30 mins abs and weights. Ikr - Like I skipped the soup with salad so I could have a scoop of ice cream. In theory I should still lose weight even though I had ice cream because I am right at the limit. If this works, I can do this because I don't want to deny myself, but I want to lose weight. Fats at 33%, I'll take that
