We all know the struggles of weight loss so I won't go there. But I will say I'm trying to drop 25lbs before April 9. It's my mom's birthday party and it's the difference between shopping at like Catherine's or Macy's. It's doable. Gesr fit or fitbit. Never had either. What should I get and why?
So 2014 sucked. I gained 50lbs. My heaviest was 325, currently 316. Lost my mom to <3 Disease and decided I don't want to die in 20 years. For me weight loss is 30% diet 20% exercise and 50% ATTITUDE. Seeking friends with weight loss goals so we can support each other. CHEERS 2 GETTIN LEAN IN 2015!
