I'm 9 months PP and just recently started getting rid of the baby weight! I'm down about 17 lbs, with about 22 to go as far as baby weight, but I was overweight to begin with so I've got more to lose than just the baby weight. Feel free to add me!

I do the mason jar salads as well during the week often. I store paper plates in my desk at work so I can dump the salad onto the plate and eat it that way. I make these each week and they are delicious! I do lite balsamic vinagrette, cucumbers, tomatos, broccoli, black beans (no access to microwave some days), romaine lettuce, and sometimes cheese depending on what I have planned for the rest of the day. There's so many ideas on pinterest for these too.

I have a 25 fl. oz. cup that I fill up with ice cold water and drink away. If I'm still hungry after drinking that, I grab a (healthy) snack. I've found when I don't starve myself throughout the day, I tend to not snack in the evening after dinner.
