  • I use a Scottish slimmers book that has food blue and red for higher and lower protein and carbs etc
  • Thank you was just confused with the other bloggers post saying chicken is not a prefferd food for protein
  • Just started eating chicken so I will stick to chicken in terms of meat just now lol I take it chickens not as healthy

  • I have porridge almond nuts and a Greek yoghurt for breakfast almonds for mid snacks and always some sort of meat and veggies for dinner even though still getting used to meat Lil normally tuna salad for lunch

  • No no no ! I would rather stick needles in my eyes than insanity my brothers are fitness monsters and i seen them with it no thank you ha I'll just stick to 30 day shred and its not the curves on its own its the excess fat around them haha

  • I have just started here but have ordered scales to start tracking it but my problem is I eat to little and not to much but I have started eating a bit more and my stone that I put on in my second pregnancy just fell of just got another couple of pounds and toning to loose but will start logging Monday
  • I'm not a big fruit fan lol unless its watermelon :D or some grapes but my diet is still less than perfect too my big downfall is coffee I've cut out my suger though lol I'm close to my target weight though just getting rid of couple pregnancy pounds couple more pounds and toning is what I need how about you ?
  • I'm consuming 6 bits of brocolli around 8 or 9 sprouts and half a big carrot chopped up does that sound like I'm going over ? Or if its not enough x
  • Bragging is not my style ha see i was a vegeterian until about 2 years ago but still didn't eat a lot of meat of veggies for that fact lol I only started eating vegies this Xmas just passed lol but thank you for replying I just didn't know if I could put on weight with too much veggies lol

  • Thank you very much yeah i think that's the same here lost over a stone on we but now nothing I was always under 4 points on ww because I was a bit doubt full of all there pre counting but I am going to stay here and count calories I wish you all the luck in the world with your goal xx
  • Thank you I just noticed your reply and I did have my height wrong I had my height taken with wedges on I'm 5.5 lol I just dislike people making judges about my body without seeing it and I still do have excess weight to shed even being this weight thank you for your support x

  • Hula hooping was very hard for me to master as had no coordination just pick that hoop back up every time it drops I worked up from 2 mins and gradually increased it its great fun when you get the hang of it I have my mum who is 43 hula hooping with me now :) anyone can do it if they stick to it but saying that still can't…
  • Thank you yes i was 9.7 stone when I joined ww though but as I've said I'd be happy with this weight if it would just tone I'll just keep trying to build strength in my upper body and pushing foward thank you
