Determination and consistency, thank you, I will definitely remember that. So far I've lost some weight but if or when I stop losing, if I plateau, I guess I will have to start weighing foods. Thanks everyone.

hey that's all good arditarose if you see it as fun, i wasnt trying to put down what others choose to do and that is great mommyofjan how u lost the weight anyway! without using a scale to weigh foods. Stepping on weight scales for me is already stressful enough lol

If you crave fruit your body probably needs it. Sometimes I also crave fruit, love fresh pineapple the sweetest of all fruits with tang and juicy yum!

I cant answer that cos I've never been morbidly obese and I try not to judge something I've never experienced myself or have no knowledge of but I am overweight and I certainly feel a lot better being slimmer! both physically and especially mentally
