The doc I work for prescribes them all the time. There are so many compounds that can be created by a knowledgable pharmacist that they can be fine tuned to fit the individual needs of the patient. Most everyone swears they are life changing.

At 8 months in I am on auto pilot when grocery shopping. Makes life so much easier. What is still a challenge and probably always will be is when family shoves food in my face that no longer interests me. I feel bad but it truly does not interest me to eat things that are not conducive to my health.

Diet Mt Dew with a shot of heavy cream. Sounds weird I know but I'd rather have that than coffee with cream.

Cashew milk is also good. 25 cal per cup and 1 carb. Good with cocoa powder and a tiny bit of AS. Have also used it with low carb protein powders and mixed it with a splash of sugar free Torani coffee syrup. Or I love it just plain. I actually hate milk so this is good.

Lost 42 pounds so far and have more energy and focus than ever. I'm hitting the downhill slide with only 20 lbs to go. Need friends so we can continue to cheer each other on until goal!!!

I work in a clinic that treats opiate addiction. Without opiates the person goes into physical withdrawal. Opiates are physically addicting. I think about food constantly too but I turned it around to thinking about what good food I need to fuel my body. So I'm still a little obsessive but in a good way now. I stopped thinking about what I couldn't have and got creative with what is helping me lose this weight. Power through....you can do this!!!

Ok so I have noticed an interesting hunger pattern. On the weekends I can eat my normal breakfast and not be hungry until dinner. I just made those cream cheese pancakes but I doubled the recipe and added a 1/4 cup of almond flour. They are delicious and you could add in fruit or avocado or whatever.
