  • If you do indulge, eat smaller portions or split a meal with someone. Drink a large glass of water or eat a piece of fruit before the meal to prevent overeating.

  • Can you make an adjustment to your dinner and bed times? If I eat dinner too early then I'll be hungry before I go to bed. Or if I'm up past my bedtime, I'll start to feel hungry.
  • I try to find something similar. If I'm not sure on the accuracy of the calories, I may add 50-100 more calories to what I'm eating. 90% of the time we tend to overeat at restaurants anyway so I'd rather add some extra calories to be safe!
  • I'm not a big fan of Greek yogurt but I'm starting to like it more. I usually eat the plain yogurt and drizzle honey on top. I also use it to replace sour cream in foods such as potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with low sodium taco seasoning and top with salsa. I use the leftovers to make quesadilla's, tacos or tortilla soup!
  • I feel terrible for gaining my weight back too! I guess this should be greater motivation to stay the course this go round. Heath and fitness should be apart of our daily routine, whether we need to lose the weight or keep it maintained.
