I don't see any reason you couldn't bring it, so long as it's in it's original container and not a liquid. If in doubt, you can always check with the airline.

You can get started on it, but I doubt anyone could create major change in 4-5 weeks. Screw clean eating, focus on eating a calorie deficit and trying to keep a good macronutrient balance (protein, carbs and fats). If you're looking for exercise tips, maybe try a few sessions with personal trainer? Someone who can help…

Use the tools on this website to journal the food you're eating, and eat at a calorie deficit. It doesn't matter how often you eat, just so long as you keep that deficit going.

I've been running on and off for the past few years, so here's my advice. 1. Invest in quality gear. That means good shoes. Get fitted for a pair at a local running shop if possible, it'll help you tremendously. If you're female (I can't tell), also invest in a good running bra. You need to lock down your girls, excess…

I agree with the others. You never fell, especially since you've recognized it and you're getting back on track. You tripped. Everyone trips. Now you've caught yourself and you're moving on. There's a big difference been tripping and falling! Glad to hear that you're going to keep on going. And to hell with the comments…

Welcome! You're among friends here! It's great that you've recognized how soda makes you feel.

I wouldn't say that it's bad, I'd just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't become something unhealthy. Being aware of how many calories you're eating is a great life skill many people struggle with, but try not to let it run your life! As for the 'normal' people comment, who cares? You've got healthy eating habits,…

Your thighs look great, I wish mine looked like that! Do you have any of your old clothes from when your weight was higher? Or a measurement of how big your thighs used to be? It might help you visually compare the change, if you're having a hard time seeing it. I know sometimes it's hard to see a difference in yourself,…

I'm going to agree with everyone who suggested water. Go easy on the milk, and add more water to your diet. 9/10 times when I have a headache, it's due to dehydration. You might also cautiously add a bit of caffeine back into your diet with tea or coffee, and see if that helps.

I can totally sympathize with you! I've got some crazy chocolate cravings of my own! Usually, I make certain that I have healthier and less healthy chocolate options available to me. Healthier options may include things like high fibre brownies, dark chocolate or low fat chocolate pudding cups. Less healthy options are a…

I insist on making room in my diet for things which I enjoy. Wine is one of them. So long as you partake responsibly and within your calorie limit, I don't see the problem with it. It's certainly easier to keep within your calorie limit when you allow yourself to have some of the things you enjoy!

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I've had an ex who got into the whole 'sexting' thing. I know it's not the same thing as being married, but it still hurts. If he has an issue with a measly 10 lb gain, he certainly doesn't deserve you at your best. Sounds like a good, honest talk is in order. This is 100% his…

I don't really understand the juicing hype, but then again I don't really drink juice as a rule, too much sugar without much in the way of nutritional benefits. I'd much rather have a smoothie, so that I can benefit from the fibre to keep me full. My daily breakfast is often a smoothie with whole fruits (mixed frozen…

I drink milk occasionally, and have small pieces of cheese as a snack. I've swapped out for almond or coconut before and gone dairy free, but I've never found it made any difference for me. So long as you don't have problems with lactose, and you figure it into your calories, there's nothing wrong with it. I always drink…
