Congrats for all your hard work! Making a routine is to focus around your goals. I would recommend strength training 3 days a week (MWF), and a cardio day once a week. When I do my cut diet take fiber(add it to your drink), drink a lot of water, brush my teeth, and then chew on some gum. Keeps your mind off eating and fiber makes you feel fuller and has health benefits. Hope it helps, and good luck!
