thetigers Tuesday 12 Oct PW:146.5 CW:145.5 Small loss but it all adds up and usually I maintain after a bigger loss so pleased the scales have still gone down. This week I'll carry on as I have been but will eat more fibre as I know I've been eating less volume of food and need to be more regular.
