You're doing GREAT! I've been dieting for over 1 year so my body is kinds of refusing to loose more weight so this week I only lost .2 which was so disappointing but my actual weigh-in days are Fridays, so I will see tomorrow how much I lost...
Thanks QT, after laying off most of the winter. (I refuse to walk during freezing Temps) I had gained a few pounds. So I knew my first two weeks I'd have good results. But still think ive set my goal to high. BWTH. lol
I've been right where your at today. It's frustrating, but don't let it get you down. There was days 0.2 was a blessing for me. That just told me I was still on the right track. Just not the fast track. Good luck Luck on your Friday weigh in. 🤞🤞🙏2 -

Just a side note about my app name... I was a new mom when I joined fitness pal and felt like a zombie with no sleep. That’s how I came up momzie 😀4 -

I'll take this challenge.... Started a day late but I don't think one day will hurt me.
April 2018 weight was 246lbs, my goal was always been 180 lbs. I've slipped some in the winter months, now I'm geared up to knock this out.
1st week. Extremely low carb /IF for the first week. The first 10lbs is always ez for me after a long layoff. The 3rd and 4th week will be tough. We'll see.
Update: I got called out on an emergency job in Phoenix Arizona, hope to be back by May 22.

Didn’t lose as much weight as I wanted this week but I’ve been hitting the gym and watching the calories (well apart from a meal out last night). Went to my first classes at the gym which have made me realise how unfit I actually am. Hope everyone else is getting on ok with their challenge6 -

Pretty happy this week! I started a new job which has made it hard to stick to my workout routine, but still managed 6 workouts this week and a good weight loss.
I’m exhausted from the new job but continuing my workouts is helping me sleep better and keep my energy up during the day, so I’m hoping I can keep up with it.
