Well, as expected the losing has slowed down. Gonna try switching up my workouts a bit to see if I can do better. I havent measured but all of my clothes are feeling loose. Now I need to go shopping to get clothes that fit. 🤣😋

Not as much as I would like... but still headed in the right direction. I had to stop doing elliptical for a while as my rosacea started getting really bad from over heating.

Yeah!!!! Dropped below May 1 starting weight finally!!!! Saturday I had a big drop to 148.8, but creeped up a little since then (likely water fluctuations with varying carb/fiber/exercise/wine consumption. Sometimes see a pound or so difference from day to day, so try to stay focused on the longer term trends)
I just need to lose just over a pound to get into the overweight category from the obese category (148.5 lbs, BMI 30 cut point) - so close, so the ups and downs are so frustrating right now!

I had to buy a new scale yesterday so I had to weigh myself this morning. Mothers day weekend I ate a lot and I'm not surprised I didn't lose more. I also have been weight training 3 days a week consistently. I can feel my muscles growing. 😁💪🏽💖
