    Eeeeeek! Missed a week and late posting. But I am losing. Hope I can get down to 162.0. Especially with the holiday.

    Not as much as I'd aimed for, but interestingly I lost each week which never usually happens as I usually stall a couple of weeks - so that's progress for me.

    Started late but off to a good start. I have big weight flux’s so hopefully this is the real deal. Started this challenge at 132lbs wanted May end 129lbs. June I’m hoping for 124lbs. (40 lbs lost on MFP to date)

    Goal by end of May - 141.3 Seems reasonable to lose 4 lbs in a month

    5/1 - 145.1
    5/8 - 144.0

    5/22 - 142.4
    5/29 - 141.8. Not quite as low as I hoped, but I'm in TOM now so maybe that's part of it? Happy with a decent loss though. I also still have 2 days in May, will see what happens on Friday since TOM should be gone by then.

    Oops! Another Bank Holiday got in the way but I certainly enjoyed it! After all that though I'm exactly where I started off 4wks ago but only myself to blame. Look forward to a new challenge in June. Well done to everyone who has reached their targets or done better than my efforts!!

    I like this change! Although I am not sure its accurate as I didnt eat much yesterday so its probably inflated. We will see what happens the next two days.

    On the bright side, I suprised my neighbor by being able to dig out a bunch of tree stumps on our property line. He underestimated little me doing it. I am getting a lot stronger!

    Hey, just remember: lose it fast if you want it to be temporary. Lose it slow if you want it to last. 7.2 lbs is great! That is a huge win!
