Will try to change my way of eating a bit for this week, and back on track next week. Hunger is overboard, water weight from sports are going up, so I am taking one week for relaxing to shock my body.

February 19: 231.2 (I don't think I will reach my goal this month, but any loss is better than no loss, and better than up)
February 26: 232 (this is my lesson not to climb on scales after shower - yesterday I had 229.3 lbs. Oh well, more loss next time)

Weight loss this week: 3.6lbs I hit a stride. My sodium intake has been too high, so I have been watching that by being more selective on my food and cutting out my 1 a day carbonated beverage. I have also cut back on my carbs after I did 2 high carb days.
Goal weight for challenge: I would like to lose at least 9- 10 lbs overall for this entire challenge, which would bring my weight to 151.8 or lower.
