    I know a loss is a loss and should be celebrated, but I am annoyed at only losing .4 lbs. I have been literally perfect. I checked and my net carbs this entire week averaged about 1000 calories a day. Worked out 5 days this week. I mean I'm working my butt off here. If Cico is true, this math just doesn't add up. And yes, I weight everything, and I always round down my workout calories. I'm trying so hard to hit my goals!

    I'm actually in maintenance right now, so if my weight stays the same +/- a couple pounds I don't mind. I'm adding in cardio for a real slow weight loss until April. In April, I'm going back into a cut, so I hope to see most of my weight loss there. :) I really want to be down below 120 lbs, so if I just do a really slow weight loss from cardio, I think I'll hit it by the end of April!

    Weight lost this week: -0.2 lbs. Not the biggest loss, but I'll take it over a gain! I've started doing some basic body weight exercises everyday to gain a little strength. An added goal for this challenge for me is to gain some upper body strength as I barely have any currently. I don't think I am going to reach my February weight goal as -5 lbs over 2 weeks is a little bit of stretch for me (as I want to lose the weight in a healthy manner), but I will see where the end of the month takes me.
