I will not reach my planned goal, but I will not update the goals to see realistic situation. I want to loose down to 220 lbs then - it will cross 100 kg, and I would be under that then. And well, the measurements also moved a bit.

I am now only a pound short of my original goal. And even though my progress has been constant I really didn't think I would have seen this day this soon. I was expecting set backs, plateaux, dips in motivation, courage and energy, I thought i’d relapse, that procrastination would take over. I really didn't gave myself much a chance in my head. Someone said to me that motivation was irrelevant, only routine mattered. That is so true. That's what carried me to here.
