    Will try to change my way of eating a bit for this week, and back on track next week. Hunger is overboard, water weight from sports are going up, so I am taking one week for relaxing to shock my body.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP: 255 on December 7th, 2017
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 243

    ---Let's start with reasonable amounts so I would not have disappointment---

    January 1: 243
    January 8: 242.5 (less than I wanted, but still, falling down, not up)
    January 15: 239 (wow, finally below 240)
    January 22: 237.8 (still have chances :) )
    January 29: 234.8 (I made it! did not even expect to, but scales pleasantly surprised today)


    January Goal: 235 (-8)
    January Loss: 8.2



    February 5: 233 (still a loss, and not so small one)
    February 12: 232.2 (started some sports, so naturally weight goes down slower - but still a loss)
    February 19: 231.2 (I don't think I will reach my goal this month, but any loss is better than no loss, and better than up)
    February 26: 232 (this is my lesson not to climb on scales after shower - yesterday I had 229.3 lbs. Oh well, more loss next time)


    February Goal: 228.5 (-6.5)
    February Loss: 2.8 - counting from last January weight-in


    March 5: 229.8 (these two I got from climbing on scales after shower last week)
    March 12: 226.5 (not eating all weekend does that for you. Maybe it will kickstart further loss?)

    So close and yet, so far away. Hit a plateau, noticed a trend in too many carbs and too much sodium. Corrected it in the last 4 days. Hope the downward trend will stick this time.

    Weight loss this week: 3.6lbs I hit a stride. My sodium intake has been too high, so I have been watching that by being more selective on my food and cutting out my 1 a day carbonated beverage. I have also cut back on my carbs after I did 2 high carb days.

    Goal weight for challenge: I would like to lose at least 9- 10 lbs overall for this entire challenge, which would bring my weight to 151.8 or lower.

    Actual weight lost for challenge: So far, I've lost 10 lbs.
