Hey I’m 6 months pp and to to breaking point. I need to get back into it. I was going to start just regular insanity today. But thought I would search for some people doing the same thing. I have to do evening workouts after my babe goes to sleep. How are you doing with you your workouts so far?

Hey there I've previously had a problem with going all out super strict and intense for awhile and then I give up and fall of the wagon because I was to hard on myself. Recently I'm trying not to restrict to much and use more of a moderation approach so I don't do that again

It is a great workout, I did it once through ending in March. But I didn't follow the diet plan, I think that is important. For me it made me so hungry so I probably ate more than I should've. If I controlled my diet more I would have seen way better results. But it's such a good workout and you never have to think about…

My goal is to feel more comfortable in my own skin. I need to work on my health physically and mentally. Putting more focus on a healthy diet and cutting out/or reducing alcohol is a goal of mine.
