Goodmorning, I am 39 years old and 5.2 height and currently have a mass of 131.6 lbs. I started LCHF 1 march 2015 with a mass of 137.5 lbs. my goal is to go to my former average mass of 103 lbs. If you would like to give LCHF a go I would recommend this way of life. It is extremely easy. Good luck.

Hi, I started LCHF 1 march 2015, have lost 2.3 kg in 6 days. The best part is that I do not feel hungry nor do I wish to snack. I have 2-3 cups of tea in the morning, full Lchf meal for lunch, if I feel like having something for dinner, I have full fat greek yoghurt or greek cheese which has high fat and no carbs. I feel…

I am currently doing LCHF and plan, purchase and cook my meals ahead. For example, tonight I steamed 300g of fresh salmon fillet and 300g brocolli and cauliflower. Today's lunch was 150g pork fillet fried with tablespoon greek extra virgin olive oil and wild oregano. 150g steamed brocolli and cauliflower, add 1 chopped spring onion fried in olive oil finish off with 100 ml double cream (40g) fat. 100g greek yoghurt and quarter avocado with paprika as a sauce for the pork fillet.
