I quit using a ecig as well. I had started going to a spin class while I was still smoking and that first class I went to I actually thought I was having a heart attack and it was embarrassing. Ive been tracking my weight daily and I noticed 7 days before my period the scale goes up 5lbs. Then about 2 daya before it starts slowly dropping back to the pre weight and then whatever else I have "lost" if I lose for that week. I also noticed a slight gain around ovulation.

I have really big arms (imo) and a out 2 years ago I worked out with a trainer along with a few friends. Their arms shrunk quite quickly (weight lifting) and mine took A LOT longer to get smaller. I think it really is genetics as to where you lose weight first and imo weightlifting is the way to go...good luck

The scale I have does not have the option for grams. So right now I am weighing the dish (which I should just zero out like you mentioned) and then adding the food then subtracting the weight of the dish and then converting from ounces to grams. It's a hassle...especially at work when everyone is looking at you like your a…

I tried doing this the other day and got frustrated pretty quickly. I was at work while doing it so that could be why I wasn't able to figure it out. I inputted everything and then it still didnt give me the option to choose 1 gram. I might have to take some time tonight after work to really go through it

Glad I wasnt the only one! I really want to make sure especially with peanut butter. I think that's where I am going over on my calories everyday and I don't want to cut it out completely

This helped me tremendously! I fit in whatever I want to eat as long as it fits into my calories for the day. I don't feel "deprived" and it makes sticking to logging my food so much easier

I took a yoga class this weekend for the first time and got stuck and rolled over off my mat...no one noticed except the friend I went with :)

Maybe try and fit those snacks into your calories for the day. I started doing that after reading posts on this forum and it has helped tremendously! I don't feel "deprived" and it helps me make better choices during the day
